Role Description The Associate Director – Electrical Division is a full time, in office role based in Navi Mumbai. This position oversees electrical design and engineering activities for MEP projects, ensuring technical quality, regulatory compliance, and alignment with client specifications. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading project teams, reviewing and approving electrical designs and drawings,



coordinating with other disciplines, and resolving technical issues during design and execution. The role involves managing project timelines and budgets, supporting bid proposals, mentoring junior engineers, and maintaining standards and best practices for power systems and electrical installations. The Associate Director will also engage with clients and stakeholders to present solutions, address concerns, and drive continuous improvement in the Electrical Division.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid skills in Electrical Engineering and a solid understanding of Electricity principles and standards.
