Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our accounting team in Ahmedabad. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities for international clients, with a strong focus on Canadian accounting operations.
Key responsibilities include bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, ledger posting, bank and account reconciliations, invoice processing,



financial reporting, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities.
The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and international clients, resolving accounting discrepancies, maintaining accurate and audit-ready records, and ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines.

Qualifications
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, general ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Experience in bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
• Good understanding of month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or similar platforms.
• Positive working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
