Job Description and Responsibilities for Walk Me Developer

Design, build, and maintain WalkMe Smart Walk-Thrus, SmartTips, Launchers, ShoutOuts, and other DAP elements to enhance user adoption and engagement.
n
Be part of a team providing Learning Design & Development services to customers.
n
Configure WalkMe to support application onboarding, process automation, and self-service support.
n
Develop segmentation, rules, and goals within WalkMe for personalized user experiences.
n
Train Client team members on WalkMe platform
n
Work with subject matter experts and product owners to design solutions for WalkMe
n

Experience and Qualification

n

n




3+Years experience working with WalkMe and 5+ years of experience working with any Digital Adoption platform in a development or implementation role
n
Walkme developer certified
n
Walkme DAP100 skilled
n
Hands on experience developing Walkme walks on multiple platforms such as SAP, SuccessFactors, , etc.
n
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WalkMe deployments
n
Support training efforts by aligning WalkMe content with instructional design best practices
n
Robust interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with people at all levels and cultures
n
Customer focused and results oriented with attention to detail and solution focused mentality
n
The ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities
