Updating Customer Records: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our database, ensuring all information is up to date and correct.
Scheduling Appointments: Arrange meetings or calls for the sales team with interested customers, facilitating the sales process.
Providing Excellent Customer Service: Strive to deliver a positive experience for every caller, fostering a professional relationship with customers.
