As a Receptionist Computer Operator, you will be a key part of our front office team, ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent customer service. You will handle both administrative tasks and customer interactions in a skilled manner.

Key Responsibilities:
Answering Calls: Efficiently manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals, and ensuring that all inquiries are addressed promptly.
Greeting Visitors: Welcome guests and clients with a friendly demeanor, making them feel comfortable and guiding them according to their needs.
Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain data in the company’s computer systems, ensuring all information is organized and easily accessible.
Managing Appointments: Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for staff, maintaining an updated calendar to avoid conflicts.
Handling Correspondence: Assist in managing emails and physical mail, prioritizing correspondence based on urgency and relevance.

Required Skills and Expectations:




Proficiency in basic computer applications including MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) is essential for data entry and correspondence tasks.
Robust communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary to interact with clients and colleagues effectively.
