Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Engage with potential customers over the phone to understand their needs and promote our services effectively.
Lead Generation: Collect and manage leads from various sources, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up to convert them into clients.
Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update our database to reflect any changes or follow-ups required.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers about our services and relay this information to the management team for improvements.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals and improve performance.
