We are looking for a dedicated Human Resource Executive to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in HR and be ready to contribute to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Selection: Manage the complete recruitment process from screening resumes to conducting interviews and onboarding current employees, ensuring we attract the right talent for our needs.
Employee Engagement: Organize activities and programs to enhance employee morale, ensuring a positive workplace culture and promoting employee retention.
Performance Management: Assist in the performance evaluation process by coordinating appraisals, providing feedback to employees, and helping set performance goals.
Training and Development: Identify training needs and facilitate training sessions to help employees develop their skills and enhance their performance.
HR Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while educating employees about HR practices and guiding them through any HR-related issues.

The ideal candidate should possess robust interpersonal and communication skills, making it easy to connect with employees at all levels. A good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices is essential. The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain confidentiality is crucial.
