The Human Resource Intern will assist the HR team with various tasks, gaining valuable experience while supporting our recruitment and employee management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job openings, reviewing applications, and scheduling interviews to help find the right candidates for our organization.
Onboarding Assistance: Help with the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company.
Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records accurately to ensure compliance and easy access to information.
HR Documentation: Assist in preparing HR documents and reports, contributing to productive record-keeping and documentation processes.
Office Support: Provide general support to the HR team as needed, including handling inquiries and helping organize staff events.





Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a degree in any field and be willing to learn. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential. Good communication skills are important for interacting with team members and candidates.
