We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Zonal Manager to join our team in Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing operations within a specific zone, ensuring that targets are met while leading a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Manage, support, and guide a team of employees in your zone to ensure they perform at their best. This includes setting transparent goals and providing regular feedback.
Sales Management: Drive sales initiatives within the zone to achieve revenue targets. You will analyze sales data and market trends to develop effective strategies.
Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth operations across various branches in your zone, identifying areas for improvement in processes and efficiency.
Performance Analysis: Regularly assess team performance and sales outcomes to understand what is working and what needs adjustment, helping to refine strategies for better results.
Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to align on objectives,



share insights, and foster teamwork.
Market Research: Conduct research on market conditions and competitors to inform strategic planning and decision-making.

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess robust leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a solid understanding of sales and operations. A minimum of 1 to 5 years of related experience is required, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Familiarity with data analysis tools will be an advantage.
