Responsibilities:

Promote and sell real estate properties to prospective clients.
n
Develop and maintain relationship with clients, providing excellent customer service.
n
conduct market research to identify prospects and competitive pricing.
n
Manage property listings, including marketing and advertising.
n
Schedule and conduct property viewing an inspections.
n
Negotiate sales agreements and contracts with clients.
n
Ensure compliance with all real estate laws and company policies.
n
prepare sales reports and provide updates.

Key Skills:

Graduate/post graduate with minimum 2 years of sales experience in FMCG/PROPERTY/PHARMA/AUTOMOBILE/BANKING/INSURANCE sales.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Positive team player.
