We are looking for a motivated Telecalling Executive to join our team in Ghaziabad. This role is ideal for recent graduates and those with up to 3 years of experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers over the phone to promote our services and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Make outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our services and answering any queries they may have.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads through effective communication, ensuring a smooth transition to the sales team.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, and feedback within our database to keep track of prospects.
Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with potential clients who have shown interest, providing them with additional information and encouraging them to make purchases.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on strategies and ensure consistent messaging.





The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to work well in a team setting. A basic understanding of sales and customer service principles is required. Candidates should be organized and self-motivated, with a robust willingness to learn and adapt. Proficiency in English and Hindi is essential for effectively interacting with customers.
