We are seeking a dedicated Telecalling Executive to join our team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for individuals with little to no experience who are eager to start a career in customer support and sales.

As a Telecalling Executive, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers, introduce products or services, and provide information in a friendly and qualified manner. You will be expected to maintain accurate records of calls made and update customer databases. Additionally, you will follow up on leads and appointments to maximize customer engagement and sales prospects.

Key responsibilities include:
Making outbound calls: Engage potential customers to discuss our offerings and promote sales.
Recording information: Keep detailed notes of every call and update client information accurately in the system.
Following up: Contact leads to maintain interest and encourage customers to proceed with their purchases.
Addressing customer queries:



Offer swift support to potential clients and resolve their concerns effectively.

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent verbal communication skills in English and be comfortable speaking on the phone. The ability to listen actively is critical, along with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Basic computer skills are needed for data entry, and solid organizational skills will help you manage calls effectively.
