The Role

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with a strong interest in Social Media Marketing and Meta Ads. You don't need to know everything already. We care more about your ability to learn, take ownership and improve quickly.

What you'll do
Manage social media accounts and content calendars
Research content ideas, trends and competitors
Coordinate with designers and content creators
Schedule and publish content
Set up, monitor and optimize Meta Ads campaigns
Track performance and prepare reports
Use data to identify what is working and what isn't
Explore and implement current tools and approaches
Gradually take independent ownership of client accounts

What we're looking for
Fresher or 0–1 year of experience




Positive communication and organizational skills
Genuine interest in digital marketing and social media
Humble, curious and willing to learn
Comfortable receiving feedback and taking responsibility
Able to work independently in a remote environment
Comfortable with numbers and basic analytics
Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Canva AI or similar
Ability to learn current tools quickly

You don't need to be an expert.
