Role Description The Retail Sales Specialist will be responsible for promoting and selling HDFC Bank personal loan products to individual customers in Kota. This full time, in office role involves engaging with walk-in and sourced customers, explaining loan features, eligibility, and documentation requirements, and guiding them through the application process. The specialist will follow up on leads, maintain a sales pipeline, and work to meet defined sales targets while ensuring high standards of customer service.





Daily activities include coordinating with branch staff and other internal teams, verifying basic customer information, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines. The role also includes maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and contributing feedback to improve sales processes and customer experience.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills.
