Responsibilities

Prepare breakfast items, sandwiches, burgers, pizzas, pastas, salads, and other café dishes.

Follow standardized recipes and portion controls.

Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency.

Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety.

Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and well-stocked.

Assist with inventory, food preparation, housekeeping, and waste control.

Work closely with the café team to ensure timely service.

Have Knowledge of basic continental and café-style cooking.

Have Ability to work under pressure during busy service periods.

Have Valuable hygiene practices and a positive attitude.

Be a team player with willingness to learn.
