We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Female Telecaller to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, handling inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires effective communication skills, a strong desire to achieve sales targets, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services
- Handle inbound calls and provide necessary information to customers
- Maintain records of customer interactions and update databases accordingly
- Follow up with leads and ensure conversion to sales
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management




- Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries effectively
- Collaborate with team members to enhance sales strategies

Skills and Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (or regional languages)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- Proficient in using computers and CRM software
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles
