About Self Service Channel and Branch Automation

With around 20000 Self Service Terminals spread across 26 states and 6 union territories, Self Service channel acts as the face

of Axis Bank for millions of retail customers and is, hence, an integral part of the Bank's strategy. ATM Channel plays a major

role in launching self-service terminals and migrating the customer from physically assisted teller transactions to digital

platform for day to day transactions. It also plays a pivotal role in the Bank's customer engagement strategy across products

and services.

About the Role

Candidate is expected to be proficient in Microsoft office. Should be able to analyze trends to enable pro-active and timely

measures. To be able to help in automating various manual processes and reduce TAT and create business impact for internal

stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

. Liaise with the internal stakeholders and understanding automation needs.

. Document the automation requirement.

. Provide apt automation solutions in order to improve accuracy and reduce redundancy and timelines

.



Publish fortnightly and monthly MIS reporting to branches, circles on performance and migration

. Build dashboards for various team members in order to bring out analytical view for making impactful decisions

. Data table automation - Coordinate with BIU for automation of data tables required as per frequency

. Excel based automation through macros and other automation tools

Qualifications

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

. Graduation/ Post graduation from a recognized institute

. MS Office & Technical knowledge

. 2-3 years ATM Industry experience in same profile.

Role Proficiencies:

For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following:

. Knowledge of ATM / Recycler working.

. Financial background to understand the P&L; for ATM/ Recycler as a product.

. Valuable communication (both verbal and written) skills

. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
