Job Description :

Position: Customer Support – International Voice Process
Location: Ambattur, Chennai (Work from Office)
Shift: Night Shift

Weekly Off: Rotational Weekdays

Eligibility:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process. (Please note that this role is intended for experienced candidates and is not suitable for freshers.)
- Customer /Technical Support experience is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Robust troubleshooting, analytical, and customer handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide assistance to international customers.
- Handling Internet Troubleshooting Issues relevant to Computers, Application, Basic Networking, LAN, WAN Technologies




- Diagnose and resolve issues with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring customer satisfaction.
