Job Summary

We are looking for 2 highly skilled MIS professionals with robust Banking/BFSI domain experience and expertise in Power BI, Advanced Excel, Macros/VBA, and SQL. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical capabilities and hands-on experience in developing MIS reports,

dashboards, automation solutions, and management reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and automate daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
- Create interactive and insightful Power BI dashboards for business and management reporting.
- Work extensively on Advanced Excel, including Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, advanced formulas, data analysis, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain Excel Macros/VBA to automate repetitive reporting and data-processing activities.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Perform data analysis and identify trends, gaps, and key business insights.
- Prepare management dashboards and presentations highlighting KPIs, performance trends, and business metrics.
- Handle large volumes of data and ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of reports.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks across multiple sources.
- Collaborate with business, operations, finance, and other stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
- Identify opportunities for MIS/reporting automation and process improvement.




- Ensure adherence to reporting timelines, quality standards, and banking processes.

Mandatory Skills

- Banking / BFSI domain experience – Mandatory
- Power BI – Strong hands-on experience
- Advanced Excel – Mandatory
- Macros / VBA – Mandatory
- SQL – Mandatory
- Strong knowledge of MIS reporting and dashboard development
- Good understanding of data analysis and visualization
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with large datasets
- Knowledge of Power Query and DAX
- Experience in report automation and process improvement
- Exposure to banking operations, financial products, transactions, or banking KPIs
- Ability to independently manage reporting requirements from stakeholders

The ideal candidate should be excellent in MIS and analytical reporting, with strong hands-on technical skills and proven Banking/BFSI domain expertise. Candidates should be comfortable working independently, handling multiple reporting requirements, and delivering accurate, automated, and management-ready reports within tight timelines.
