Position: Head / Director – IT Infrastructure, Security & SupportExperience: 12+ YearsFunction: IT Infrastructure, Information Security & SupportEmployment Type: Full-time | Leadership + Hands-onRole OverviewWe are looking for a senior IT leader to own IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, endpoint management, networking, security and IT support operations. The ideal candidate should be both strategically strong and hands-on with enterprise IT environments.Key Responsibilities- Lead Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA and identity management.- Manage Microsoft Intune/UEM, endpoint security, device compliance and lifecycle.- Own LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN/ZTNA, firewalls, DNS/DHCP and office infrastructure.- Drive IT support, ITSM, SLA management, incident/problem management and service delivery.- Lead ISO 27001 / SOC 2 readiness, security controls and audit requirements.- Manage IT assets,



software licenses, vendors, budgets and technology procurement.- Lead and develop the IT Infrastructure & Support team and define technology roadmaps.Required Skills- 12+ years in IT Infrastructure, End-User Computing, Microsoft technologies, networking and IT support.- Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune.- Knowledge of Zero Trust, ZTNA/SASE, VPNs, firewalls and network security.- Experience with ISO 27001/SOC 2 audits and compliance.- Solid leadership, vendor management, troubleshooting and stakeholder-management skills.- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.Preferred Certifications: Microsoft, ITIL, ISO 27001, CISM or CISSP.
