Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement the pharmacy curriculum and educational policies.- Oversee faculty recruitment, development, and evaluation.- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards set by accrediting bodies.- Foster relationships with industry partners and healthcare institutions.- Provide academic leadership and guidance to faculty and students.- Monitor student progress and support their academic endeavors.- Conduct research and engage in scholarly activities.- Organize workshops, seminars, and continuing education programs.- Manage departmental budgets and resources effectively.- Represent the pharmacy program in institutional meetings and events.

Essential Qualifications:

- Ph.D. in Pharmacy or a related field from an accredited institution.- Strong academic background with a focus on pharmacy education.- Demonstrated leadership and administrative skills.

Desired Experience:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmacy education or administration.- Experience in curriculum development and accreditation processes.- Proven track record of research and publications in relevant fields.
