Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end visa and immigration processes for a diverse client base- Walk clients through every step — document verification, application forms, appointment booking & follow-ups- Submit applications accurately and within deadlines, in full compliance with government requirements- Prepare visa fee quotations and respond to client queries with clarity and confidence- Keep pace with evolving visa regulations, embassy circulars & immigration law updates- Own your caseload, ensure every client is updated and never left in the dark- Build genuine,

Experience and skills:

- Bachelor's in Travel & Tourism, Business Admin or related field- 1–3 years in visa application processing- Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel)- Excellent written & verbal English communication- Solid attention to detail & a customer-first mindset- Able to work independently and collaboratively
