The Career Counsellor will guide students in making informed decisions about academic streams, higher education, entrance exams, and career pathways.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide individual and group career counselling to students, especially Grades 8–12.- Conduct career aptitude, interest, and personality assessments.- Guide students on academic streams, courses, colleges, universities, and career options.- Support students with college applications, entrance exams, scholarships, and admission processes.- Conduct career awareness workshops, seminars, university sessions, and parent interactions.- Maintain student counselling records and track career-planning progress.- Coordinate with universities, colleges, industry professionals, parents, teachers, and school leadership.- Stay updated on emerging careers,



higher-education opportunities, and admission trends.

Qualification & Experience

- Master’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, Education, or a related field.- Certification in Career Counselling is preferred.- 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a school or educational institution.
