Production Manager — Aerospace & UAV Systems | Yali AerospaceThanjavur, Tamil NaduFull-time | On-site⚡ Immediate Joiners PreferredYali Aerospace is looking for a Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations for next-generation UAV and aerospace systems.We are seeking a hands-on leader who can manage production workflows, improve operational efficiency, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality manufacturing standards in a fast-paced aerospace environment.Key Responsibilities- Plan, manage, and oversee daily production operations- Coordinate manufacturing schedules, assembly activities, and production targets- Ensure quality control and adherence to engineering and safety standards- Optimize production processes for efficiency, cost, and scalability- Work closely with design, procurement, and testing teams for smooth execution- Manage inventory, material planning, and vendor coordination- Monitor production KPIs and implement continuous process improvements- Lead and supervise production technicians and shop-floor teams- Support prototype builds, testing,
