We deliver residential, commercial, and office interior projects through design consultation, renovation, and turnkey execution, with a strong focus on quality and client satisfaction.Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Designer to join our interior design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of interior spaces, materials, furniture, lighting, and visual aesthetics, along with the ability to convert 2D concepts and design ideas into high-quality 3D visualizations.The candidate will be responsible for creating realistic 3D models, renders, walkthroughs, and presentation visuals for residential and/or commercial interior projects.Key Responsibilities- Create detailed 3D models and realistic renders for interior spaces based on design concepts, layouts, and drawings.- Develop 3D views for living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, offices, retail spaces, hospitality projects, and other interiors.- Translate 2D floor plans, elevations, and design concepts into accurate 3D models.- Select and apply appropriate materials, textures, colors, furniture, fixtures, and lighting.- Produce high-quality photorealistic renders for client presentations and design approvals.- Prepare multiple design options and make revisions based on client and design-team feedback.- Coordinate with interior designers, architects, project managers,



and execution teams to ensure design accuracy.- Maintain accurate dimensions and ensure that 3D designs are practical and aligned with actual site conditions.- Create mood boards, material presentations, and visual concepts when required.- Stay updated with current interior design trends, materials, finishes, furniture styles, and visualization techniques.- Ensure timely completion of assigned 3D design and rendering projects.Required Skills- Strong knowledge of 3D modeling, rendering, lighting, materials, and texturing.- Proficiency in software such as:- 3ds Max / SketchUp- V-Ray / Corona Renderer / Enscape / Lumion- AutoCAD- Photoshop- Good understanding of interior design principles, space planning, materials, and furniture.- Ability to create realistic lighting and material finishes.- Strong attention to detail and visual sense.- Ability to understand technical drawings and architectural plans.- Good communication and coordination skills.- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.- Strong creative and problem-solving abilities.Qualifications- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, 3D Visualization, or a related field.- 1–4 years of relevant experience in interior design visualization or 3D rendering.- Candidates with a strong portfolio of interior projects will be preferred.Preferred ExperienceExperience in any of the following will be an advantage:- Residential interiors- Modular kitchens and wardrobes- Commercial interiors- Retail and hospitality projects- Furniture visualization- Photorealistic architectural rendering- 360° views and walkthroughsKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)- Quality and realism of 3D visualizations- Accuracy of designs and dimensions- Turnaround time for renders and revisions- Ability to understand and implement design briefs- Number of revisions required due to design/technical errors- Coordination with the design and project teams- Client satisfaction with presentation visuals
