Project Description:

Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality project and program outcomes within agreed timelines using collaboration tools and natural language prompts.- Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure continuous engagement across multiple projects and workstreams.- Drive consistent application of agreed strategies, processes, and team practices across projects and workstreams.- Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment on priorities, dependencies, deliverables, and execution.- Identify and manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery challenges.- Build strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency.- Apply strong knowledge of the business and its broader operating environment to support effective decision-making.- Ensure clear communication of project status, priorities, actions, and outcomes to relevant stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills Description:





- 12 to 15 years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, Delivery Management, or a related role.- Strong experience managing multiple projects, workstreams, and cross-functional stakeholders.- Proven ability to deliver high-quality outcomes within committed timelines.- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.- Experience working with collaboration and productivity tools.- Ability to effectively use natural language prompts and contemporary AI-enabled tools to support project delivery and collaboration.- Strong understanding of business processes and the broader organizational environment.- Demonstrated ability to drive consistency in strategy, execution, and team practices across multiple workstreams.- Strong coordination, prioritization, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

- Experience in large-scale enterprise or transformation programs.- Exposure to AI-enabled productivity and collaboration tools.- Experience working in complex, matrixed, or globally distributed organizations.- Relevant project or program management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.- Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries
