This role focuses on managing client relationships for U.S. tax services, including understanding client requirements, coordinating tax preparation workflows, and ensuring timely delivery of services. The executive will handle client inquiries, provide transparent communication on tax-related processes, and support clients in gathering necessary documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring customer satisfaction, maintaining accurate records of interactions, collaborating with tax and consulting teams,



and proactively identifying opportunities to improve service quality. The role also involves supporting business development efforts by nurturing existing client relationships and assisting with onboarding new clients.Qualifications- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service capabilities to manage and enhance client experiences.- Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and Client Relations to build, maintain, and grow long-term partnerships.- Excellent Communication skills for clear, professional, and timely interaction with clients and internal teams.- Knowledge of basic U.S. taxation concepts and tax preparation processes; prior experience in tax, accounting, or financial services is an advantage.- Ability to work in a structured, detail-oriented manner with strong organizational and time management skills.- Comfort using CRM tools, office productivity software, and documentation systems.- Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, finance, or a related field preferred.- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Hyderabad.
