Location: GurugramExperience: 5+ YearsEmployment Type: Full-TimeWork Mode: 5 Days Work from OfficeAbout the RoleHawk MarTech is looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5+ years of relevant experience to take ownership of finance, accounting, taxation, reporting, and statutory compliance.The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in managing end-to-end finance operations and be comfortable working independently with senior management and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end accounting and finance operations.- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting.- Prepare and review P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, MIS and management reports.- Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.- Ensure timely and accurate filing of statutory returns and regulatory requirements.- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.- Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables and payables.- Lead coordination with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants and other external stakeholders.- Handle tax assessments, audits and other taxation-related matters.- Drive budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial planning.- Establish and strengthen financial controls, processes and SOPs.- Identify financial risks,



discrepancies and opportunities for process improvement.- Provide financial insights and analysis to support business and management decisions.- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax laws and regulatory requirements.- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient finance operations.Requirements- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.- 5+ years of relevant post-qualification experience.- Robust experience in Accounting, Finance, Taxation and Statutory Compliance.- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS and Income Tax.- Experience in financial reporting, audits, MIS and financial analysis.- Strong understanding of P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and working capital management.- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to independently manage finance operations and meet deadlines.Preferred- Experience in a growing organization, startup, agency, MarTech or digital business.- Experience in managing finance processes independently.- Strong commercial understanding with the ability to connect financial performance with business objectives.Why Join Hawk MarTech?- Opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end finance functions.- Exposure to business strategy and senior management.- Opportunity to build and improve finance processes in a growing organization.- Collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
