Roles and Responsibilities:

- Design and maintain master data models in TIBCO EBX to support enterprise data governance requirements- Configure and enhance workflows for master data creation, approval, and stewardship processes- Implement validation rules and data quality controls to ensure consistency and integrity of master records- Develop platform customizations to meet business-specific MDM requirements- Support ongoing EBX enhancements, issue resolution, and production stability for master data operations

Skills Required:

- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in MDM and enterprise data engineering- Hands-on experience with Master Data Management solutions and TIBCO EBX- Solid data modeling experience for master data domains and reference data structures- Experience designing workflow-driven MDM processes with validation and governance controls- Ability to support platform configuration, customizations, and integration-ready data structures

Good to Have:

- Power BI- Python

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
