? Experience: 6+ Years

? Salary: Up to ₹8 LPA

✅ Eligibility

✔️ 6+ years of experience in Residential Real Estate Sales

✔️ Mandatory experience with a Builder / Real Estate Developer

✔️ Strong experience in achieving sales targets

✔️ Team handling and leadership experience preferred

✔️ Strong customer handling, negotiation and closing skills

✔️ Knowledge of Pune's residential real estate market will be an advantage

? Key Responsibilities

* Drive sales and achieve assigned targets

* Lead and motivate the sales team

* Manage leads, site visits, follow-ups and closures

* Build robust customer and channel partner relationships

* Monitor team performance and sales pipeline

* Develop strategies to improve conversions and achieve business goals
