Now we're looking for a designer who can take a brief, an idea, a blank canvas and a little AI magic — and turn it into something people actually stop scrolling for.If you have an obsession with good design, a serious eye for colour, know your way around Canva and Adobe, and are already experimenting with AI to make your work better and faster, we should talk.Who we areMélange Digital is an award-winning integrated marketing agency built for travel, tourism and influencer marketing. We're official partners with Meta, TikTok, and Google, and we've worked on campaigns for Singapore Tourism, Sharjah Tourism, MakeMyTrip, Zee, Disney, and 10+ National Tourism Organisations.We make work that has to compete with the entire internet for attention.So, boring isn't really an option.What you'll actually doMake things people want to look at. You'll create social media creatives, campaign assets, digital ads, destination content, presentations, pitch decks, internal communication and whatever else needs a strong visual brain behind it.Turn briefs into ideas. Sometimes you'll get a detailed brief. Sometimes you'll get three words and a deadline. You should be able to understand the objective, find the idea and turn it into a visual direction — not wait for someone to tell you exactly where every pixel goes.Make Canva look anything but Canva. We're serious. Canva is a tool, not a design style. You should be able to work quickly in Canva while still producing work that feels original, polished and unmistakably yours.Know your Adobe tools. Photoshop and Illustrator should be part of your everyday toolkit. If you're comfortable with additional Adobe tools, even better.Make AI your creative sidekick. Use AI image-generation and design tools to explore concepts, create visual directions,



experiment with styles and speed up your workflow. You don't need to know every AI tool out there. You do need to be curious enough to keep learning what's next.Have a thing for colour. You understand colour combinations, contrast, typography, composition and visual hierarchy. You know when colours work together, when they fight each other, and when a design simply needs to be stripped back.Design for the scroll. A beautiful design that nobody notices isn't doing its job. You'll create work for Instagram, LinkedIn, digital campaigns and other platforms where the first impression has roughly one second to earn attention.Think beyond templates. References are great. Copying them isn't. We want someone who can take inspiration and turn it into something new.Experiment. Constantly. Try new styles. Test new layouts. Play with AI. Explore new formats. Bring references. Pitch ideas. Kill ideas that don't work and come back with better ones.Work with the whole creative ecosystem. You'll collaborate with social media managers, content writers, video editors, account managers and the wider creative team to turn campaign ideas into work that actually works.Make things move. If you know video editing, motion graphics or can turn static designs into engaging animated content, you'll have an advantage.What you bring1–2 years of professional graphic design experience — agency experience is a plusA strong portfolio that demonstrates creativity, visual thinking and rangeProficiency in CanvaGood working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and IllustratorA strong understanding of colour, typography,
