Founded in 1996 under Carris Pipes & Tubes Pvt. Ltd., Aquatech is South India’s largest and India’s sixth-largest water storage manufacturer. But water is just where it starts. Our 140+ product range spans water storage, defence transit cases, dairy milk cans, road safety infrastructure, Indian Railways crates, cold storage, automotive components and more, manufactured across facilities in Kerala, Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu.

We’re growing our sales team and looking for a Telesales Executive who can connect with customers, understand their requirements and turn conversations into genuine sales opportunities.

What You’ll Do

* Make outbound calls to prospective customers and leads

* Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant Aquatech products

* Explain product features, applications and benefits clearly

* Follow up with interested customers and move leads through the sales process

* Handle customer queries and provide accurate product information

* Maintain updated customer and call records in the CRM

* Coordinate with the sales team to ensure qualified leads are followed up effectively

* Track your daily calls, follow-ups and conversions

* Work towards daily, weekly and monthly sales targets

* Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers





* Share recurring customer feedback and requirements with the sales team

What We’re Looking For

* Strong verbal communication skills in Telugu and English

* Hindi will be an advantage

* Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone

* Good listening and interpersonal skills

* Ability to explain products clearly and handle basic customer objections

* Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls

* Basic knowledge of computers, Excel/Google Sheets and CRM systems

* Organised with good follow-up discipline

* Target-oriented and motivated by achieving results

* Able to maintain accurate customer records

* Freshers with solid communication skills are welcome

* Previous telesales, telecalling, inside sales or customer-facing experience is a plus

What We’re Looking For In You

Someone who doesn’t just make calls, but knows how to have a conversation.

You should be comfortable picking up the phone, asking the right questions, understanding what the customer needs and following through until the opportunity is properly closed or handed over to the sales team.
