Job Overview
Aesthevity & Co. is seeking a skilled, detail-oriented, and professional Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to join our clinical team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality, patient-centric care. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day clinical operations, monitoring patient progress, handling pre- and post-operative management, and coordinating seamlessly with our expert consulting plastic surgeons and specialists.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Care & Monitoring: Conduct regular clinical rounds to assess, monitor, and document the vitals and general health status of patients.
- Pre & Post-Operative Management: Manage patient preparation prior to clinical interventions and deliver meticulous post-operative checkups and care.
- Emergency & Incident Response: Promptly handle routine clinical emergencies, manage medical escalations, and deliver necessary initial interventions according to clinic protocols.
- Consultant Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between patients, nursing staff, and senior consulting specialists or surgeons to ensure treatment plans are accurately executed.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain clear, compliant, and highly accurate electronic medical records (EMR), case sheets,
and daily progress notes.
- Patient Counselling: Answer patient queries regarding recovery, aftercare protocols, and follow-up schedules with empathy and clarity.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: MBBS, BAMS, or BHMS degree from a recognized institution with a valid state medical council registration.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience working as an RMO or Duty Doctor in a structured clinical setup (Prior exposure to surgery departments, dermatology, or clinical aesthetics is a plus).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Competencies: Strong clinical acumen, rapid problem-solving skills under pressure, and a deep commitment to maintaining patient safety standards.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹78,000.00 per month
