RCP Universe Group of Institutions, Roorkee is seeking qualified and passionate M.Tech graduates in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering (EEE), and Mechanical Engineering to join our academic team as Assistant Professor / Lecturer. The candidate will be responsible for delivering quality education, guiding students, and contributing to academic development of the department.

Qualifications

- M.Tech/Ph.D. in Civil Engineering / Electrical Engineering (EEE) / Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
- Strong subject knowledge and teaching aptitude.
- Freshers with excellent academic background may also apply.
- Prior teaching or industry experience will be preferred.Key Responsibilities




- Deliver lectures and practical sessions for Diploma / B.Tech / Engineering courses.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and examinations.
- Guide and mentor students in projects, practical work, and career development.
- Maintain attendance, academic records, and internal assessment reports.
- Participate in departmental meetings, seminars, workshops, and academic activities.
- Support admission counseling and institutional development activities when required.
- Ensure discipline and maintain a positive learning workplace in the classroom.
