WHO CAN ASSOCIATE?

We’re looking for experienced individuals with:

- Strong sales and marketing experience
- Practical understanding of sales processes and customer acquisition

- Ability to teach and mentor beginners
- Ability to explain sales and marketing concepts through practical examples

- Ability to adapt training according to individual learner requirements

INITIAL COMPENSATION & ENGAGEMENT₹500 – ₹1,500 PER CLASS

- Initial compensation will range from ₹500 to ₹1,500 per class, based on experience, expertise and training capability.
- Current training commitment will be approximately 2 hours per week.
- The initial engagement will be structured according to the current training requirements of NEXINVEN.

FUTURE FIXED ENGAGEMENT

Based on the company’s requirements and the trainer’s continued engagement:

- The role may transition to a fixed monthly compensation of ₹30,000.




- Working hours will then be fixed by NEXINVEN based on the organisation’s training requirements.
- The applicable working hours and engagement terms will be communicated at the time of transition.

YOUR ROLE AS A TRAINER

As a Sales & Marketing Trainer with NEXINVEN, you will:

- Conduct structured sales and marketing training sessions
- Train candidates according to their individual learning requirements
- Use practical examples, exercises and real-world business situations
- Develop candidates’ client communication and pitching abilities
- Train candidates in lead generation, prospecting and conversion
- Help candidates understand customer needs and handle objections
- Provide constructive feedback on communication, sales approach and performance
- Monitor learner progress and identify areas for improvement
- Follow NEXINVEN’s training standards, guidelines and code of conduct
