Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a skilled Flight Ticketing Executive with strong experience in Domestic & International Air Ticketing, GDS operations, FIT & Group Bookings, Fare Construction, Re-issuance and Refunds.

The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end ticketing operations while ensuring accuracy, timely service delivery and compliance with airline fare rules and company SOPs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle complete Domestic & International flight ticketing operations for FIT and Group bookings.
- Work efficiently on Galileo, Amadeus and/or Sabre GDS.
- Perform PNR creation, fare quotation, fare construction, ticket issuance, re-issuance, cancellation and refunds.
- Handle Group Bookings, Series Fares and bulk ticketing requirements.
- Utilize Published, Private, Contract and Negotiated Fares effectively within airline rules and company SOPs.
- Identify cost-effective fare options while maintaining service quality and profitability.
- Coordinate with airlines, consolidators and airline Zonal Heads for fares, inventory, group bookings and operational requirements.
- Manage flight changes, cancellations, schedule disruptions and re-accommodation professionally.
- Ensure 100% accuracy in ticketing, fare rules, documentation and deadlines.
- Maintain strong compliance with internal SOPs, quality standards and SLA requirements.
- Provide timely support to clients, internal teams and management during operational issues.




- Key Performance Areas (KPI) Ticketing accuracy and timely issuance. Group Series and Series Fare management. Effective seat and fare Inventory Management. Timely handling of AD-HOC requirements. Refund and cancellation processing. Minimum booking/ticketing errors and proper PNR records. Timely resolution of ticketing and operational issues.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

- 3–6 years of relevant experience in airline ticketing operations.
- Experience in Travel Agencies, OTAs, TMCs or Corporate Travel Companies, Travel operations or reservation preferred.
- Strong experience in Domestic & International Air Ticketing.
- Hands-on experience with Group Bookings and Series Fare Management, Inventory Management preferred.
- Practical knowledge of GDS – Galileo / Amadeus / Sabre.
- Strong understanding of fare rules, reissue, refund, cancellation and ticketing procedures.
- GDS certification or formal GDS training will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Robust communication, coordination and client-management skills.
- Professional attitude with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of Airline Ticketing & Reservation. Experience in Group Series and Series Fare handling. Knowledge of airline seat/fare Inventory Management. Experience handling AD-HOC ticketing requirements.
- Handle Group Series bookings, passenger details,



booking timelines and ticketing deadlines. Manage Series Fares and coordinate with airlines/consolidators for quotations, confirmation and ticket issuance. Monitor and manage airline seat and fare inventory for individual and group bookings. Handle AD-HOC booking and ticketing requirements, including urgent requests.
- Job Summary Responsible for domestic and international airline bookings, Group Series bookings, Series Fares, seat and fare inventory management, PNRs, ticket issuance, cancellations, re-issuance, refunds and AD-HOC ticketing requirements.
