We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join our loan productsteam. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing customers, promoting loan offerings, and achieving monthly disbursement targets through field visits.
Key responsibilities
Generate leads and acquire new loan customers through field visits and references
Pitch and explain loan products (personal, home, business, vehicle loans) to prospective clients
Collect required documents and assist customers through the loan application process
Meet assigned monthly targets for loan disbursals and portfolio quality
Coordinate with the credit and operations team for timely loan processing
Requirements

Experience in loan / NBFC / banking sales is mandatory — freshers not eligible
✔
Valid two-wheeler driving licence is compulsory along with own two-wheeler preferred
✔
Positive communication skills in local language; Hindi/English a plus
✔
Target-oriented mindset with willingness to travel within assigned territory
