Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business and revenue objectives.

2. Generate current business opportunities and develop a strong customer base in the solar module / renewable energy sector.

3. Identify and develop new markets, customers, channel partners, EPC companies, distributors, and institutional clients.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

5. Handle the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, enquiry management, negotiation, order closure, and customer relationship management.

6. Understand market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer requirements to strengthen market positioning.

7. Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, Logistics, Finance and Management teams for smooth execution of customer orders.

8. Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, MIS reports and regular sales performance updates for management.

9. Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

10. Participate in customer meetings, business negotiations, exhibitions,



conferences and industry events.

11. Develop and implement effective marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.

12. Monitor customer feedback and ensure timely resolution of commercial and service-related concerns.

13. Identify opportunities for bulk orders, institutional sales, EPC partnerships and long-term business relationships.

14. Ensure timely follow-up on quotations, commercial proposals, payments and order exec ution.

15. Lead and mentor the sales team, where applicable, and monitor individual and team performance.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
