Job Title: Sales Executive / Sales Staff

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our Sales & Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, handling customer enquiries, developing relationships with clients, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up on new leads and enquiries.
- Meet clients, architects, builders, and other potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
- Maintain regular follow-ups until order closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate prospect and customer records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of orders.




- Develop strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Submit regular sales and activity reports.

Requirements

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales preferred.
- Experience in building materials, windows, doors, aluminium, uPVC, construction, or related industries will be an advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Salary: Competitive salary + incentives based on experience and performance.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
