Roles & Responsibilities

Verify candidates’ educational and employment backgrounds for clients across designated countries.

Communicate with candidates and organizations in English and Hebrew.

Conduct verification through telephone calls, emails, database checks, and online research.

Prepare accurate verification reports and update internal systems.

Translate documents between Hebrew and English as required.

Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail while handling candidate information.

Support other business functions whenever required.

Eligibility & Skills

PUC or any Degree.

Minimum 6 months of experience in an International BPO Voice Process.

Freshers with excellent English and Hebrew language skills may also be considered.





Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Hebrew.

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.

Good computer knowledge, including MS Office, online research, and other applications.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Keen learner with a positive attitude and willingness to grow.
