You will be the dedicated point person for Assagao House's state-of-the-art Recovery Area, ensuring seamless guest experiences across Sauna, Steam, and Cold Plunge facilities. Your core responsibilities span managing bookings, maintaining exceptional cleanliness and hygiene, and overseeing basic day-to-day operations to keep the facilities running safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Bookings & Guest Coordination

- Manage all Recovery Area bookings (app, phone, WhatsApp, walk-ins).

- Maintain an up-to-date booking calendar, avoid double-bookings, and communicate availability clearly to guests.

- Greet guests, verify bookings, explain facility usage guidelines, and ensure smooth check-in/check-out flows.

Cleanliness, Hygiene & Safety

- Perform pre- and post-session cleaning of Sauna, Steam, and Cold Plunge areas, including floors, benches, handles, and changing zones.

- Follow hygiene protocols: sanitize high-touch surfaces, replenish consumables (towels, robes, toiletries), and maintain ventilation and water quality as per SOPs.

- Conduct daily safety checks (temperature gauges, timers, emergency stops) and report any malfunctions immediately.

Basic Operations & Facility Upkeep

- Monitor facility conditions throughout the day: temperature, humidity, water levels, and equipment performance.

- Ensure ambience standards: lighting, music, scent, and overall presentation align with Assagao House's brand.

- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities; coordinate restocking as needed.

Guest Experience & Support

- Provide clear, friendly guidance on safe usage of Sauna, Steam,



and Cold Plunge (duration, hydration, contraindications).

- Address guest queries or concerns promptly; escalate issues to management when required.

- Collect and log guest feedback to support continuous improvement.

Reporting & Coordination

- Maintain daily logs of bookings, cleaning checklists, and incident reports.

- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk teams to ensure seamless operations.

- Support promotional activities or special events in the Recovery Area as directed.

Requirements

- Prior experience in spa, wellness, gym, or hospitality operations (6+ months preferred).

- Comfortable using booking apps and basic digital tools (WhatsApp, Google Calendar).

- Robust attention to detail, especially around hygiene, safety, and guest comfort.

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi/Konkani; ability to interact professionally with diverse guests.

- Physically able to perform cleaning tasks and move light equipment as needed.

- Available for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per operational needs.
