Job Role: Fashion Consultant

Job Location: Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:

- Store Operations: Oversee and manage the overall operations of the store.
- Sales Performance & Growth: Facilitate sales performance and drive growth, ensuring customers have a pleasant shopping experience.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor store performance and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Visual Merchandising: Create and maintain visually appealing merchandise displays.
- Brand Values: Fulfill and uphold the expectations and values of GUESS.

Required skills:

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Team Management Skills: Strong capability in managing and leading a team.
- Fashion & Retail Flair: Keen sense of fashion and retail dynamics.
- Sales Passion: Strong enthusiasm and drive for achieving sales targets.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible schedule and adapt to varying schedules.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
