Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries on calls and WhatsApp
- Follow up with interested clients
- Explain products, prices and offers
- Convert inquiries into sales
- Maintain customer details and follow-up records
- Coordinate with the team for orders and dispatch
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer Excel and WhatsApp knowledge
- Confident in speaking with customers
