We are hiring a Head of Production & Client Delivery in Bangalore. This is a senior leadership role

responsible for end-to-end ownership of production, tailoring operations, quality control, client

delivery, vendor management, systems implementation, and operational excellence.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- 3–5+ years of experience in custom clothing, tailoring, fashion manufacturing, apparel production,

luxury retail operations, or related fields.

- Experience in bespoke tailoring, made-to-measure operations, wedding wear production, luxury

fashion production, or multi-vendor manufacturing environments preferred.

- Strong understanding of garment construction, alterations, fittings, production workflows, and

quality control.

- Strong English and Hindi communication skills.
- Professional, presentable, detail-oriented, proactive, and highly accountable.
- Comfortable managing teams, vendors, clients, and multiple production channels simultaneously.

REPORTING

- Full time,



on-site role in Bangalore.
- Reporting time: 10:00 AM.
- Occasional travel for measurements, fittings, vendor visits, sourcing, and quality checks.

ROLE OVERVIEW

Own the complete journey of every order from confirmation to final client delivery.

Coordinate across:

- Clients
- Sales team
- Masters
- Cutters
- Tailors
- Embroidery units
- Dyeing units
- Printing vendors
- Fabric suppliers
- External manufacturing partners
- Women's wear vendors
- Extended production units

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Production Planning & Scheduling

- Create weekly and monthly production calendars.
- Allocate work across masters, cutters, tailors, and vendors.
- Ensure no production downtime.
- Forecast workload and eliminate bottlenecks.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per year
