We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary School EnglishTeacher to join our educational team. This role involves planning and delivering lessons in various subjects, including literacy, math, and physical education, while also addressing the diverse needs of all students, including those with special educational requirements.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
- Foster a supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a conducive learning atmosphere.
- Assess student progress through various methods, including standardized testing and informal assessments.
- Provide individualized support to students, including tutoring and mentoring as needed.
- Integrate technology into the classroom to enhance learning experiences.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and share best practices.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational trends.
- Support students with special needs,



including those on the autism spectrum or requiring early intervention strategies.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field; teaching certification preferred.
- Experience working with children in an educational setting is essential.
- Robust communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices.
- Proficiency in lesson planning, curriculum development, and classroom management techniques.
- Experience in mentoring or tutoring students is highly desirable.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of learners, including those requiring special education services.
- Experience in private school settings or Montessori education is a plus.
