Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Civil BOQ Engineer to prepare and manage BOQs, quantity estimations, and project costing for our construction and real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed BOQs and quantity take-offs from drawings.
- Prepare material and labour quantity estimates for civil works.
- Analyse project drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
- Prepare rate analysis and project cost estimates.
- Coordinate with Site, Design, Procurement, and Accounts teams.
- Compare vendor quotations and support material procurement.
- Track BOQ quantities, variations, and additional works.
- Maintain accurate costing and project documentation.

Requirements:

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in BOQ, estimation, or quantity surveying.
- Experience in real estate/construction projects preferred.
- Positive knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of civil construction materials and quantities.
- Good analytical and communication skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
