IGNITYE SKILL ACADEMY is looking for a passionate and experienced MPTTC / Montessori Teacher Trainer to join our online training team.

The role involves conducting interactive evening online classes, supporting students with their coursework and assignments, and helping aspiring teachers develop practical teaching and classroom-management skills.

This is a flexible part time opportunity suitable for experienced Montessori teachers, preschool educators, MPTTC trainers, and teacher-training professionals who are interested in online teaching.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging and interactive online MPTTC/Montessori training sessions.
- Explain concepts using simple explanations, practical examples, activities, and real classroom situations.
- Guide students with assignments, practical activities, and course-related doubts.
- Encourage student participation and maintain a friendly and supportive online classroom.
- Share practical knowledge related to Montessori methods, preschool teaching, child development, and classroom management.
- Complete the assigned syllabus according to the batch schedule.
- Provide basic academic mentoring and support to students throughout the training.

Mandatory Requirements

- MPTTC / Montessori Teacher Training qualification or equivalent.
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant teaching or training experience in Montessori, preschool, early childhood education, or teacher training.




- Good Malayalam communication skills – Mandatory.
- Good English communication skills.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and confidently.
- Comfortable conducting classes through Google Meet, Zoom, or similar online platforms.
- Friendly, patient, and engaging teaching style.

Added Advantage

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Previous experience as an MPTTC/Montessori trainer or faculty member.
- Previous online teaching experience.

Work Details

- Job Type: Part-Time
- Work Mode: Work From Home / Remote
- Class Timing: Evening batches
- Teaching Hours: Approximately 5–6 hours per week (1 hour per Day)
- Schedule: Flexible, based on batch timings
- Platform: Google Meet / Zoom
- Location: Remote – Candidates can work from anywhere in Kerala
