We are looking for a International Patient Care Executive to join our team at Ideal Artificial Limbs Solution, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi.

The candidate will be responsible for patients, taking follow-ups, understanding their requirements, answering basic queries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining patient records.

Key Responsibilities:

Make calls to patients and provide follow-up support.

Understand patient requirements and coordinate with the team.

Handle patient queries politely and professionally.

Schedule appointments and follow up with patients.

Maintain basic patient records and call details.

Coordinate with the Patient Care Department.

Requirements:

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Positive communication skills in Hindi.

Basic English communication is preferred.

Basic computer knowledge.

Polite, patient,



and responsible attitude.

Job Details:

Salary: ₹15000 – ₹25,000 per month

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday
