Timings:

- Shift 1: 10:30 am to 3:30 pm
- Shift 2: 4:30 pm to 9:30 pm

Salary: Rs. 8,000 to Rs. 12,000 per month (Performance-based incentives may be added).

About CIY

CIY - Craft It Yourself is a creative retail store in Aundh, Pune, specializing in art, craft, DIY, sewing, jewellery-making, yarn, kids' crafts, and home decor supplies. We are looking for enthusiastic part-time retail sales advisors to provide an excellent customer experience, clearly explain our products, and contribute to the store's growth.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming store atmosphere.
- Understand customer needs and guide them to suitable products.
- Clearly explain our diverse range of art, craft, sewing, yarn, jewellery-making, kids' craft, home decor, and DIY products.
- Suggest complementary items to help customers find complete solutions.
- Maintain neatness and visual appeal of shelves, products, and displays.
- Assist with billing, packing, and other general store operations.
- Ensure a clean and premium store setting.
- Quickly learn about CIY products and categories.
- Support store events, workshops, and busy periods as needed.
- Communicate customer feedback, product demand, and store-related issues to the manager.

Candidate Profile

- Presentable, active, and energetic.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Genuine interest in art, craft, fashion, design, retail, or DIY.
- Ability to learn product information quickly.
- Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods during shifts.
- Honest, punctual, and reliable.

- Individuals with prior experience in cafe or retail settings.
- Students pursuing studies in fashion, design, art, or creative fields.

Requirements

- Must be able to work at our CIY store in Aundh, Pune.
- Must be available for one of the specified shifts.
- Must be comfortable interacting with customers.
- Basic communication skills in English and Hindi or Marathi are preferred.
- Weekend availability is a plus.

Selection Process

1. Initial phone screening.
2. In-store interview.
3. Short practical trial (based on interview outcome).
4. Final selection.

The trial will assess customer handling skills, learning aptitude, presentation, engagement, and reliability.
