**Job Purpose and Impact** Employment Type: 1-Year Contract Shift: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST (EMEA Support) In this role, you will execute moderately complex operational activities for Various businesses or functions across a designated regional process. In this role, you will handle interactions with multiple business units in various countries, as well as multiple banks, complex cash application processes and procedures. **Key Accountabilities** + Lead various Credit to cash activities, which includes processing Cash application, process intercompany transactions, handle retentions and month close activities. + Investigation of open items and aged items and ensure timely resolution and escalation of open items. + Responsible for Cash app KPI Metrics and month end reporting activities. + Review and standard operating procedures are updated and maintained on a timely basis for any changes to the processes. + Apply a comprehensive understanding of operational practices, procedures, and internal controls to identify areas of improvement across a business unit or function.
+ Develop and maintain established relationship with Stakeholder counterparts. + Ensure all financial close activities are completed timely and in accordance with timelines, guidelines, and policies. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all month end activities are completed on time. + Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff. + In depth understanding of ERPs such as SAP, JDE & NIS. Required Qualifications **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. + Confirmed analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills. + Other minimum qualifications may apply. Preferred Qualifications + Experience with process migration and creation of process maps and standard operating procedures. + Project management experience. + Business relationship management or business analyst position experience. + Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
